This is the first thing Trellis needs. Until it exists the server answers nothing — no catalogues, no metadata, no streams — so nobody who finds the port before you do can read your addons.
The same username and password sign you in here and in every Jellyfin client you point at this server.

Paste a manifest URL. Trellis joins the addon to every resource it declares, at lowest precedence. A stream addon is enough for movies; catalog adds browsable shelves. Series need meta — a client resolves S1E1 from the episode list, and that is metadata.
Checkbox switches an addon off everywhere but keeps its routing place and catalogue names — prefer it to removing, which discards the manifest URL. ⚙ opens the addon's own config page; if that hands you a new URL, paste it back with URL so this addon keeps its identity. ↻ re-reads the manifest.
Click an addon's name to change what clients call it — on its shelves and against every source it provides, which is how you tell two copies of the same addon apart. Enter saves, Esc cancels, and an empty box goes back to the name the addon gives itself. A name you set is marked renamed and survives ↻ and URL; the addon's own can change under you.
Meta is a fallback chain — the first addon that answers wins, so put your metadata addon at the top. Stream is a parallel fan-out and the order is the source ranking a client sees. An addon only appears under a resource it declares.
Every shelf your addons can offer. Tick the ones you want in your library and untick the rest. Nothing is downloaded or scanned — a shelf is fetched fresh each time someone opens it, so it is never out of date.
Unticking one hides the shelf. It does not stop that catalogue being searched — to take an addon out of browsing and search together, switch it off under Routing → Catalog. Only catalogues whose addon says it can search will answer a search; the tags under each row show which ones.
Add the people you want to share this server with. Everyone uses the same address — whoever signs in is whose addons they get. There's no second port to open and nothing extra to install. Each person has their own addons, their own order for them, and their own names for shelves.
Everyone signs in to this page too, with the same username and password, and sets up their own addons — so you don't have to paste anyone else's links for them. What they get is the Addons, Routing and Catalogues tabs for themselves: no Users tab, no Access tab, and no way to see or change anyone else's.
⚠️ An addon's link usually has that person's debrid key buried in it, which is why everyone keeps a separate list. It also means you can see everyone else's keys — running the server and being able to look inside it are the same thing. They can't see yours, or each other's.
Most debrid accounts only allow one or two streams at a time, so people generally want their own. Copy someone's addons is there for when sharing is the point.
What you sign in with — both on this page and on any device you've added this server to. Other people's logins are on the Users tab, and this whole tab is yours alone: they sign in to their own addons and never see it.
Your addons live on other people's servers. Some reply in a moment, some take a few seconds, and some are having a bad day. These two settings decide how patient Trellis is. They apply to everyone using this server.
Show sources after — the soonest you'll see the list of places to play something from. If all your addons have already replied, you get the list sooner than this. If one is still working, Trellis keeps waiting for it, so long as that addon has been replying in good time lately. Addons that never reply don't hold you up. This looks after itself, so you can usually leave it as it is.
It never applies to an empty list, though — showing you "no sources" early buys nothing, so when Trellis has nothing yet it keeps waiting for the answer instead. That costs one long wait the first time an addon turns out to be broken, and nothing afterwards.
Give up on an addon after — how long one addon gets. If yours go through a debrid service, don't set this low: they have to find the files and mint a link, and a few seconds is normal. Cutting them off looks exactly like having no sources.

Rules of thumb: if an addon you know works never turns up, raise “give up on an addon after”. If everything feels sluggish because one is offline, lower it. A reply that turns up too late is kept for …, so trying the same thing again is quick.
Reading and writing … — set TRELLIS_CONFIG to point somewhere else. If your addons ever seem to have vanished, check this path first: it is the file Trellis actually has open.
Signing out here only affects this browser. Devices you've added the server to keep working — their sign-in is the username and password above, and only changing those signs them out.
